Multi-day, multi-event
Mehendi, Sangeet, ceremony, reception — every function with its own time, place and dress code, kept straight for every guest.
The WhatsApp wedding concierge
Maya is the WhatsApp-native wedding concierge that gives every guest the details they need — without turning the couple or planner into a full-time help desk.
No app for guests to download. They already have WhatsApp.
What time does the Reception start?
The Reception begins at 7:00 PM. The couple recommend arriving by 6:45 so you’re settled before the entrances.
And what should I wear?
The dress code is colourful Indian festive wear. The hosts suggest avoiding white.
A demonstration
These are illustrative conversations, not real guests. Factual questions are answered the instant they’re asked. Anything that calls for a decision goes to the hosts.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — complimentary valet parking is available at the main entrance from 6:00 PM.

I’ve never been to a Sangeet — what happens?
Typically a Sangeet is a festive evening of music and dance, with family performances and plenty of food. Come ready to celebrate — no steps to learn in advance.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation doesn’t currently include a plus-one. I can check with the hosts for you.
Passed to the hostsYes please — thank you!
I’ve passed that to the hosts and will let you know as soon as they reply.
How it works
The couple or planner securely provides the wedding details and guest list. Maya only ever speaks from what they supply.
Guests reach Maya in the WhatsApp app they already have — no download, no new account, no login.
She answers from verified wedding information, and escalates to a human only when a real decision is needed.
Every guest can ask anything, any time. The everyday questions never land in your inbox — Maya handles them. The handful that genuinely need a host’s judgement are the only ones passed up to you.
Built for real weddings
Large, multicultural, destination and multi-event celebrations create the most guest questions. That’s exactly where Maya earns her place.
Mehendi, Sangeet, ceremony, reception — every function with its own time, place and dress code, kept straight for every guest.
Getting there, getting around, and what to expect on the ground — answered for guests arriving from anywhere.
Room blocks, shuttle times, airport transfers and check-in details, surfaced the moment a guest asks.
What to wear, what a ritual means, what to expect — answered warmly, and kept light for guests new to the traditions.
Each guest can ask for their own plan — the events they’re invited to, their hotel, their travel — scoped to just them.
A time moves, a venue shifts — guests get the current answer, not last month’s, the instant they check.
One shared Maya number can carry many weddings at once — each guest’s data stays scoped to their own celebration, never crossing between them.
For couples & hosts
The questions don’t stop just because the day arrives — they peak. Maya takes the repetitive ones off your plate so the run-up, and the day itself, stay yours.
What quietly disappears
Maya never makes a call for you. The decisions still land with you — just the decisions.
For wedding planners
Maya doesn’t replace the planner’s judgement. She absorbs the repetitive guest questions that fill your day, and keeps every exception and decision in front of you.
Maya handles the repetitive guest communication. The exceptions, the sensitive calls, the moments that need a human — those stay visible, and stay with you.
Instead of fielding the same logistics across calls, emails and messages, your guests self-serve the facts — and you see what’s being asked.
Maya escalates only what needs you. You extend a high-touch service to every guest without being on call around the clock.
Trust & safety
Maya is useful precisely because guests can rely on her answers. These rules are how the product behaves — not aspirations.
Maya replies using the information the couple or planner has supplied — nothing else.
No guessing at times, venues or policies. If it wasn’t provided, Maya doesn’t state it as fact.
When something isn’t settled yet, Maya says so plainly rather than filling the gap.
A guest only ever sees their own details. One guest’s information is never shared with another.
Anything requiring a decision is escalated to the hosts. Maya never makes the call for them.
We describe only what Maya actually does. We make no claims about certifications, encryption standards or compliance that haven’t been established.

Questions
No. Maya handles the repetitive guest questions — times, dress code, travel, “what is a Sangeet?” — so planners and hosts spend less time as a help desk. Judgement, exceptions and decisions stay with the human. She’s a complement, not a substitute.
No. Maya works inside WhatsApp, which most guests already use every day. There’s no app to install, no account to create, and no login. Guests simply message Maya as they would anyone else.
Yes — that’s where she’s most useful. Maya keeps each event straight: its own time, place, dress code and who’s invited, across a full multi-day, multi-event celebration. Guests can also ask for their own personal itinerary.
She doesn’t guess. If something hasn’t been confirmed by the hosts, Maya says so plainly. If a question needs a real decision, she escalates it to the hosts and lets the guest know she’s checking — rather than inventing an answer.
Each guest only ever sees their own details, and one guest’s information is never shared with another. When several weddings share one Maya number, each guest’s data stays scoped to their own celebration and never crosses between them.
We’re onboarding a small group of couples and planners and expanding carefully from there. Request access and we’ll be in touch with timing for your wedding — we’d rather get each one right than rush.
